As a Human Resources Specialist I, you will provide critical operational support for Amazon's international assignment program, keeping case files current, tracking deadlines across Relocation, Immigration, and Tax partners, and ensuring Assignment Managers and Specialists have everything they need to deliver an exceptional employee experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of human resources experience.
• Experience with HR processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain case records and data entry in the case management system.
• Execute vendor and partner follow-ups and report status to case owners.
• Track milestones and deadlines across visa, housing, tax, and benefits timelines.
• Prepare materials for consultations and stakeholder meetings.
• Manage case correspondence and ROI data; identify process improvements.
