Job summary

Amazon Asia-Pacific Holdings Private Limited is expanding its concierge service for international assignments. The Human Resources Specialist I will provide essential operational support, keep case files current, manage deadlines across Relocation, Immigration, and Tax, and ensure Assignment Managers have resources to deliver an exceptional employee experience.

Using internal tools and Microsoft Office, you will help improve processes and guide assignees and their families through the relocation

Qualifications

• 3+ years of human resources experience
• Experience with HR processes and systems

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to Assignment Managers and Specialists by maintaining case records and data in the case management system.
• Execute vendor and partner follow-ups across Relocation, Immigration, Tax, and other providers, tracking completion and reporting status to case owners.
• Track milestones and deadlines across the case portfolio, including visa renewals, lease expirations, tax dates, and benefits enrollment windows.
• Prepare case materials for consultations, meetings, and stakeholder events by assembling documents and coordinating logistics.
• Manage case correspondence and maintain the shared mailbox, drafting communications and filing notes; identify process improvements for efficiency.
