Job summary

The candidate should have a Bachelor degree in HR, psychology, law or business, with 2+ years in HR/payroll within a global setting and knowledge of local labour and immigration law.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in HR, Psychology, Law or Business Administration.
• 2+ years of HR or payroll administration in a global environment.
• Some experience in logistics, visa and relocation processes is a strong plus.
• Good knowledge of local labour law, tax and immigration legislation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; English required; local language may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary IM expert for inbound mobilizations to the local location, supporting the IM Outbound Specialist, HRBP, employees, and business units.
• Interface with stakeholders to coordinate local mobilizations and demobilizations, including logistics, immigration, and documentation.
• Oversee relocation and personnel logistics for inbound international employees, including medical visits and government registrations.
• Provide recommendations on optimizing international mobility, including secondment and tax considerations.
• Organize and lead local onboarding meetings with incoming employees and liaise with payroll about mobilizations.
