Job ID: 10566203 | Amazon Asia-Pacific Holdings Private Limited
Amazon's Workforce Solutions Assignments team is launching a new concierge service line dedicated to international assignment support, and we need you to help bring it to life. As a Human Resources Specialist I, you will provide critical operational support for Amazon's international assignment program, keeping case files current, tracking deadlines across Relocation, Immigration, and Tax partners, and ensuring Assignment Managers and Specialists have everything they need to deliver an exceptional employee experience. You will use an internal case management tool, Microsoft Office products, and Amazon Q to manage your work and continuously improve how we serve assignees. This is a chance to join a global team of subject matter experts at a moment when the program is expanding to offer highly customized, high-touch support to assignees and their families, with real opportunities to deepen your expertise in global mobility and benefits or policy administration.
You will start each day reviewing the case portfolio for upcoming deadlines: a visa renewal due next week, a housing lease expiring next month, a tax filing date approaching. From there, you will follow up with vendors to confirm task completion, prepare briefing materials for an Assignment Manager's consultation call, update case records in the case management system, and flag anything at risk before it becomes a problem. Along the way, you will spot patterns and suggest improvements to how the team manages cases, building your expertise in global mobility and policy administration. Your work keeps cases moving forward on time and with complete documentation.
The Assignment Concierge Service sits within Amazon's Workforce Solutions Relocation Services team. We provide end-to-end, high-touch case management for employees and families on international assignments, with proactive coordination across 10+ partner teams and personalized guidance through every phase of the assignment lifecycle. Our global team of subject matter experts is building something new: a concierge model that gives each assignee a named point of contact and a consistently excellent experience throughout their move.
