Job summary

CROWN WORLDWIDE SINGAPORE is seeking a Mobility & Immigration Consultant to join our Client Services team. This hybrid role involves corporate immigration case management, destination services, and global mobility support for corporate clients and relocating employees.

You will coordinate with internal teams, government authorities, landlords, and external vendors to ensure smooth immigration and relocation processes, delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate immigration or destination/global mobility services.
• Experience dealing with corporate clients, assignees, or relocating employees is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate immigration and mobility cases from initiation through completion.
• Provide guidance and support to clients and relocating employees throughout the relocation process.
• Coordinate with internal teams, government authorities, landlords, agents, and external vendors where required.
• Monitor case progress and ensure service delivery timelines are met.
• Maintain accurate records and case documentation within company systems.
• Provide timely updates and professional communication to clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare cost estimates, service requests, and client-related documentation.
• Ensure all services are billed accurately and within prescribed timelines.
• Support operational reporting, invoicing, billing follow-up, and revenue capture activities.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and adoption of technology tools.
• Assist with cross-functional projects and support other service lines during peak periods.
