Responsibilities

• Manage assigned distributor accounts and relationships.
• Provide product knowledge and handle inquiries.
• Consolidate customer requirements and report to Sales Manager.
• Assist pre- and post-sales activities to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare accurate sales quotes and conduct product presentations.
• Coordinate with HQ or regional offices on issues.
• Prepare daily, monthly, and sales reports and track targets.
• Conduct market research to understand customer growth and trends.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as needed.
