Job summary

GLOBAL RECRUITMENT AGENCY is seeking a field-focused Mechanical Engineering sales professional in Singapore to conduct outdoor sales activities, identify new clients, and assess technical requirements to propose suitable engineering solutions. You will build relationships and support customers on-site in Bukit Batok, with regular travel to Asia and Japan as needed.

The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, good communication and problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in Mechanical Engineering, Technical Sales, or related area is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems/components.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outdoor sales activities to identify, source, and develop new clients.
• Understand customers' technical requirements and recommend suitable engineering solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Provide basic technical support and troubleshoot customer-related issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams and the Japan headquarters to support customer requirements and projects.
• Travel overseas for business purposes, including periodic trips to Asian countries and the Japan headquarters.
