• Develop and execute strategies to expand business opportunities across European, North American, and Chinese markets
• Manage and strengthen commercial relationships with shipowners, charterers, brokers, suppliers, and service providers to support company growth
• Coordinate procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services for vessel operations
• Oversee vessel maintenance schedules and liaise with technical teams to ensure operational readiness and compliance
• Gather and analyze market intelligence to inform strategic decisions and identify emerging trends and risks
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external commercial partners to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration
