You will act as a vital link between clients, assets and operations teams, delivering high service standards. The role includes planning travel for key personnel, managing operational files and invoicing support,

Qualifications

• High level of organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate travel of essential personnel to/from operations (Mooring Masters).
• Track and import data in a commercial scheduling tool for invoicing.
• Assist in coordination of approvals with customers.
• Communicate weather conditions and delays to customers.
• Maintain customer and vessel operational files.
• Plan and execute client meetings and marketing events.
• Coordinate and allocate assets to support operational teams.
