is seeking a Talent Acquisition Supervisor to lead a regional team of recruiters across Singapore, China and Taiwan, supporting manufacturing plant hiring and corporate roles globally. You will partner with leaders to drive workforce planning, build talent pipelines, and ensure compliant hiring across jurisdictions, with a focus on cross-border, high-volume recruitment in fast-paced production environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience.
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven experience managing regional or cross-border recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of recruiters based in Singapore, China, and Taiwan.
• Partner with leaders for manpower planning and forecast.
• Standardize recruitment processes, interview frameworks, and reporting formats.
• Drive KPIs: time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, agency usage, offer acceptance rate.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for plant and corporate roles.
• Support leadership hiring when required.
