Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment plans to meet staffing needs for production and management roles.
• Analyze labor market trends and optimize recruitment channels and methods.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and hiring decisions.
• Build and maintain candidate databases to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
• Establish partnerships with vocational schools, training institutions, and recruitment agencies to expand talent sources.
• Represent the company at job fairs, campus talks, and industry networking events to strengthen employer branding.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet job requirements.
• Collaborate with department heads to provide professional recruitment recommendations.
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Manage recruitment-related documents and contracts, maintaining accurate records.
• Guide and mentor recruitment team members to improve efficiency and quality.
• Provide training on recruitment techniques and interview skills to enhance team capability.
• Prepare regular reports on recruitment progress, challenges, and outcomes.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies and reduce hiring costs.
