Responsibilities

• Assist in monthly housekeeping tasks, including open orders management and logistics support.
• Develop and share monthly schedules with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
• Compare freight rates across modes and propose cost-efficient routes.
• Prepare for monthly reporting and analytics.
• Execute other related tasks/projects as needed.

MAIN PURPOSE

Reporting directly to the Logistics Assistant Manager, you will be supporting the Logistics team in meeting both departmental and business objectives. The incumbent is responsible for managing export and import shipments by working closely with internal stakeholders and 3rd party logistics partners. You will also be exposed to systems such as SAP S/4 HANA.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process inbound delivery and prepare import documents for receiving.
• Manage order processing for export shipments and prepare shipment documents as necessary
• Liaise closely with internal stakeholders and warehouse to ensure both import and export shipments are accurate and on time to meet business’ need
• Assist in monthly housekeeping tasks, including open orders management and logistical support
• Develop and share monthly schedules with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of order processing activities
• Compare freight rates on different transportation mode and propose most cost-effective and suitable transportation routes
• Prepare for monthly reporting & analytics
• Any other related tasks/projects

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree/Diploma holder in supply chain or other relevant disciplines
• Ideal to possess more than a year of relevant work experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in ambiguity and in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter - high energy levels, positive & enthusiastic
