Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in ambiguity and a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound delivery and prepare import documents.
• Manage export shipments and prepare shipment documents.
• Liaise with stakeholders and warehouse to ensure timely shipments.
• Assist in monthly housekeeping tasks and reporting.
• Develop and share monthly schedules with stakeholders.
