Job summary

Illumina Singapore seeks an experienced Logistics Specialist to ensure orders are processed on time and to arrange customers’ shipping requirements, including international shipments. You will work with stakeholders, service providers, and the Warehouse team to secure freight space and prepare shipping documents.

Monitor shipments for timely uplift and delivery, resolve issues until completion, and support ad hoc warehouse and logistics tasks while adhering to ISO 13485 and regulatory

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain is required.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in order processing and international shipments.
• ISO 13485 and regulatory awareness.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Process orders on time and arrange logistics for domestic and international shipments.
• Prepare shipping documents and monitor shipments through delivery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and service providers to secure freight space.
• Collaborate with Warehouse team to ensure orders are packed and ready for collection.
• Resolve shipment issues with all stakeholders until delivery.
• Assist with ad hoc warehouse and logistics tasks as needed.
