Job summary

Regent Express is seeking an Ops Coordinator to coordinate shipments, prepare shipping documentation, and liaise with multiple parties to ensure on-time deliveries. The role requires clear communication, problem solving, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of admin experience (B2B preferred), a Diploma, and strong English skills with Mandarin ability for client interactions. Proficiency in AI chatbots and Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years admin experience, preferably in B2B.
• Experience in preparing shipping documents is a plus.
• Minimally possess a Diploma in any field.
• Strong command in spoken and written English, and ability to communicate in Mandarin with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and handle documentation such as BL, permit, invoice, arrival notice, and/or any other paperwork to fulfil a shipment.
• Liaise with colleagues, vendors and customers to coordinate the movement of cargo between locations in a timely and organised manner.
• Deliver world class service by being attentive, forward thinking, and organised.
• Keep an open line of communication with customers and build long term rapport for continued business.
