Job summary

DIMERCO EXPRESS SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking a Key Account Executive to support multinational and strategic customer accounts. You will coordinate RFQs, pricing and reporting across global offices to ensure timely responses and consistent service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global RFQs and tenders by compiling information from overseas offices and ensuring submissions are complete and accurate.
• Work with Pricing team to obtain rates for global bids and inquiries.
• Monitor RFQ timelines and follow up with stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Prepare and update freight rates, service offerings and customer-specific agreements.
• Prepare pricing comparisons and bid summaries to support decision-making.
• Support servicing and development of multinational/key accounts under CSCGSM Singapore leadership.
• Coordinate between customers, overseas stations and internal departments for timely communication.
• Prepare meeting materials, account reviews and sales reports.
• Prepare Quarterly Business Review materials and account performance reports.
• Monitor outstanding requests and coordinate with parties for timely resolution.
• Handle online rate inquiries and liaise with overseas stations to respond to customers and clients.
• Support multinational account control tower activities and coordinate with involved stations.
• Maintain regular communication with overseas stations and customers via email/meetings for service delivery.
• Assist in monitoring service performance and shipment-related matters across the network.
• Compile operational and commercial information for reporting and management review.
• Ensure customer requirements and service arrangements are communicated to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain records of customer agreements, quotations and meeting minutes.
• Prepare periodic sales and account performance reports.
• Coordinate meetings, visits and travel for the Global Sales team.
