Job summary

Cariflex in Singapore is seeking an experienced Logistics & Export Administrator to manage import/export activities, shipping documentation, and coordination with carriers. You will process orders, monitor shipment schedules, and provide customers with product availability and pricing information.

The role requires 3–4 years of export document experience, LC handling, and proficiency in SAP SD and Excel. You will ensure accuracy of invoices, stock entries, and reports while supporting continuous

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' level and above.
• 3–4 years of experience in preparing full set of export shipping documents.
• 1–2 years of experience in handling LC shipments.
• Proficient in SAP (SD module) and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue full set of export shipping documents.
• Coordinate logistics and arrange shipments with carriers.
• Process orders and monitor shipment planning per internal rules.
• Provide product availability, shipment schedules, and price information to customers.
• Create SAP records for orders, deliveries, shipments and invoices.
• Register and forward customer complaints to relevant departments.
• Ensure SAP is up to date with shipping dates and invoices.
• Process department expenses related to logistics service providers.
• Maintain proper documentation of work processes and support improvements.
