Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process Air Export booking requests.
• Arrange for cargo collection at customers’ premises.
• Provide booking confirmations and flight details to customers.
• Manage customers’ expectations and handle complaints.
• Communicate with overseas offices on shipment status and inquiries.
• Verify invoices from vendors.
