Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Experience in import/export documentation processing is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling documents and data.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to multitask and work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle import, export, and cross-trade shipment operations (air, sea, and local transport).
• Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, carriers, and vendors to arrange shipments.
• Manage shipments from booking to documentation, shipment monitoring, and invoicing.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Source and compare freight rates from vendors and recommend suitable options.
• Monitor shipment schedules and update customers on shipment status or delays.
• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve operational issues such as space constraints, equipment shortages, or shipment delays.
• Support Sales team and maintain good relationships with customers and service providers.
