Job summary

ASUS Global Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive Logistics Coordinator to ensure smooth order fulfillment for overseas distributors, plan demand, issue proforma invoices, and manage shipping documentation.

The role requires at least a diploma in supply chain or business admin, 1 year of experience, and Mandarin proficiency for daily HQ liaison. You will coordinate with sales, monitor shipments, and support cost controls.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Supply Chain/Business Admin or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Mandarin proficiency required for regular communication with HQ

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and accurate order fulfilment and logistics management for overseas distributor
• Plan and submit demand to in-house system
• Raise PI (proforma invoice) based on allocation received
• Generate and issue weekly account statement
• Liaise with Sales to ensure timely collection of customer payment
• Arrange delivery based on different incoterms; assist in cost controls; prepare export documents such as BL, commercial invoices and packing list
• Closely monitor shipment status from worldwide manufacturing sites; update stakeholders on delivery schedule
• Prepare and process shipments for LC; arrange export documents and ensure data accuracy and timely LC presentation
• Monitor refunds/rebates; ensure accuracy and timely processing of rebate documentation
• Liaise with customers and Sales team to provide logistics and order supports
• Ensure customer requests are fulfilled promptly; provide extended support to internal and external teams
• Any other tasks as assigned by management
