Job summary

WorldFirst, a subsidiary of Ant International, is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager in Singapore to grow our cross-border payments solutions for SMEs. You will engage with B2B and online sellers, manage a portfolio, and collaborate with Marketing, Merchant Servicing, and Onboarding teams to deliver exceptional service.

You will build strong merchant relationships, drive product adoption, and help clients navigate payments and currency services in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B payments or commercial banking is preferred.
• Proven track record of self-generating leads and selling to Business Owners and/or executives.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Self-generate new opportunities through outreach and partnerships.
• Nurture an assigned portfolio of merchants and build strong relationships.
• Attend industry events to stay informed of trends and forge connections within target segments.
• Maintain accounts, ensure high levels of satisfaction across the portfolio, and drive uptake of WorldFirst products.
• Present solutions and educate merchants on products and processes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Merchant Servicing, Inside Sales, and Onboarding to resolve issues.
