Job summary

dLocal is seeking a full-time sales professional in Singapore to drive cross-border merchant growth. You will sell payment solutions, build strategic partnerships, and close deals across APAC.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, strong communication, and the ability to travel across time zones. Ideal candidates have payments experience, a proven sales track record in technology, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• APAC resident passionate about emerging markets.
• Sales experience in tech, track record of top performance.
• Experience in payments or financial systems is a plus.
• Proven success partnering and working cross-functionally.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Team player who can lead a project or contribute effectively.
• Deal closer and strong negotiator.
• Fluent English is a must; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell dLocal's payment solutions to cross-border merchants and PSPs, generating new business.
• Structure, implement, and manage growth-related operational strategies.
• Identify opportunities to secure new business through client relationships.
• Build and develop long-term strategic partnerships with global merchants.
• Close new deals by coordinating requirements and negotiating contracts.
• Identify opportunities within existing accounts to broaden service scope.
• Maintain networks, attend conferences and events to generate interest.
• Serve as a regional expert to assist the sales team.
