Job summary

Techary, based in Singapore, is seeking a Global Logistics Coordinator to join the team and manage the movement of IT hardware across APAC, the UK, Europe and the US. The role focuses 80% on logistics, with the remaining time supporting procurement and Singapore operations.

You will coordinate domestic and international shipments, liaise with couriers and brokers, prepare documents, and ensure on-time delivery with proper compliance. 5 days in office in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience in logistics or related roles.
• Hands-on experience coordinating international shipments.
• Good understanding of customs, import/export processes and documentation.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments of IT hardware.
• Track shipments from booking to final delivery and resolve delays.
• Work with couriers, freight forwarders and customs brokers globally.
• Prepare shipping documents and review invoices, packing lists and duties.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and logistics data.
• Support APAC operations from Singapore office.
