Job summary

Techary Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Global Logistics Coordinator to oversee the movement of IT hardware across APAC, the UK, Europe, the US and other markets from our Singapore base.

This role is ~80% logistics-focused, with remaining time supporting procurement and wider Singapore operations. You will coordinate shipments, liaise with couriers and customs brokers, and ensure timely delivery with compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Experience coordinating international shipments.
• Strong understanding of customs processes.
• Experience with couriers and freight forwarders.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments of IT hardware.
• Manage bookings from collection to final delivery and track progress.
• Prepare shipping documents and ensure compliance with duties and taxes.
• Support import/export and customs clearance across multiple countries.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and communicate with partners.
• Support Singapore operations and procurement activities as needed.
