Job summary

DSV IT in Singapore seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure Operations professional to stabilize and optimize multi‑divisional infrastructure across the Group. You will coordinate global IT initiatives, enforce standards, and work with local and regional teams to ensure reliable services.

Key focus areas include incident and change management, security alignment, and cross‑divisional collaboration to maintain compliant, scalable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise IT infrastructure across multi‑division environments.
• Experience with regional or global IT organizations.
• Knowledge of IT service management (ITIL or equivalent).
• Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stability, availability, and performance of IT infrastructure across divisions.
• Coordinate infrastructure changes and project work affecting multiple divisions.
• Support incident, problem, and service request handling with SLAs.
• Enforce global IT standards and maintain accurate documentation/CMDB records.
• Act as escalation point for complex, cross‑divisional infrastructure issues.
• Coordinate with Global IT and local stakeholders for project readiness and delivery.
