Job summary

LPS seeks a System Lead in Singapore with 10+ years of hands-on infrastructure experience to manage day-2 IT operations for a key customer. You will oversee VMware/Hyper-V, Windows Server, Active Directory, clustering, and DR planning in a high-availability environment.

You will also drive server rack, storage, and network provisioning, ensure CIS hardening and security, and lead a small team to deliver robust, scalable IT services in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT.
• 10+ years hands-on experience across at least 3 listed domains.
• Experience leading a small team (5+ members).
• CIS hardening on Windows and RHEL, GPO deployment, security assessment and remediation.
• ITIL Foundation v4 Certified.
• Strong networking knowledge (IP addressing, routing, VLANs).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-2 IT infrastructure operations for key customers.
• Manage and troubleshoot large-scale VMware/Hyper-V environments.
• Oversee Windows Server and AD deployment, tuning, and security.
• Design and implement DR/backup solutions and test failover.
• Manage rack infrastructure, cooling, and power distribution.
• Coordinate with vendors and lead a small technical team.
