Job summary

DSV is seeking an IT Infrastructure Operations professional to stabilize and optimize infrastructure across multiple divisions, including network, servers, and end-user systems. The role collaborates with Global IT to enforce standards and drive cross-divisional initiatives.

The candidate will coordinate with country sites and business units, manage change, incident, and problem processes, and maintain CMDB records, ensuring seamless global project delivery and minimal disruption to operations.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure across divisions.
• Experience with regional/global IT organizations.
• Knowledge of IT service management (ITIL or equivalent).
• Ability to coordinate infrastructure changes across business units.
• Clear, structured cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stability, availability, and performance of IT infrastructure across divisions.
• Oversee infrastructure services including network, servers, and endpoint infrastructure.
• Support incident, problem, and service request handling; act as escalation point.
• Coordinate with Global IT and local stakeholders to align on standards.
• Ensure documentation, CMDB assets, and handovers are maintained.
• Coordinate site setup, relocation, and rollout of global projects.
• Manage changes, incidents, and problems with minimal business disruption.
