Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of relevant functional experience.
• Relevant IT/Business domain qualifications.
• Ability to interpret strategic IT initiatives and align to business objectives.
• Advanced conflict resolution, influencing and communication skills.
• Identify root causes of issues and provide solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and support local/regional applications.
• Lifecycle management of applications (support, bug fixes, enhancements).
• Own services for regional and local applications for Air & Sea and Contract Logistics.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team and ensure KPIs are met.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver results from strategic initiatives.
• Oversee IT projects and resources to ensure scope is met within time and budget.
