Job summary

RecruitFirst is seeking an IT support specialist to provide end-user assistance across the organization, from desktop support to phone and remote helpdesk tasks. The role includes daily MIS operations, problem resolution, and hardware/software maintenance to prevent issues.

You will handle global user tickets, assist satellite locations, and coordinate procurement for hardware and software to sustain information systems.

Qualifications

• Relevant studies in helpdesk/IT support
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations of the MIS department, including problem determination, evaluation, and corrections.
• Phone system support
• Global User Ticket Entry
• User Desktop Support for Costa Rica (Operating System, applications, Hardware, external devices)
• Remote support for Satellite locations (US, Asia, Europe, South America)
• Procurement functions and relationships pertaining to the necessary hardware and software needed to properly maintain company information systems.
