Qualifications

• Proven track record designing and executing integrated internal comms strategies at scale.
• Exceptional stakeholder management with ability to influence at all levels, including C-suite.
• Expertise in developing content and narratives across channels/platforms.
• Experience with large-scale employee engagement campaigns.
• Strong project and change management skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive vision and standards for internal communications across Dyson.
• Develop and execute enterprise-level internal comms strategies and campaigns.
• Serve as the go-to source for internal comms at global level, partnering with leaders.
• Oversee content planning, creation, review, and delivery of messages across channels.
• Lead leadership communications and engagement forums, shaping executive voice.
