• Experience driving retail transformation or large-scale change initiatives.
• Exposure to retail technology and store systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive consistent execution of Dyson retail standards across markets.
• Develop global retail operating frameworks, playbooks and SOPs.
• Monitor retail KPIs and lead performance improvements.
• Champion omnichannel customer journeys and store tech adoption.
• Collaborate with IT and Retail Solutions to roll out systems and tools.
• Lead change management and training across markets.
