Job summary

Xendit is seeking a Global Head of Communications to steward our reputation and shape how we are understood by customers, regulators, and the broader technology ecosystem. This leadership role guides voice, elevates leaders, and ensures consistent storytelling as we scale across SEA and beyond.

You will partner with senior executives to craft keynote speeches, pitched messaging, and media interviews, while building trust with employees and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of experience leading corporate communications, public affairs, or reputation management.
• Experience building communications programs within high-growth technology companies, fintech, financial services, or enterprise software.
• Outstanding writer and storyteller with exceptional editorial judgment.
• Proven experience advising senior executives on strategic communications.

Responsibilities

• Shape Xendit's global narrative across Southeast Asia and beyond.
• Translate complex technology and financial products into simple, compelling stories.
• Lead crisis communications and issue management with sound judgment and calm execution.
• Partner closely with senior leaders to develop keynote speeches, executive messaging, and media interviews.
• Develop long-term relationships with business, financial, and technology media across Asia and globally.
• Build communication programs that connect employees to our mission and strategy.
