Job summary

EKK Eagle Asia Pacific PTE. LTD. is looking for a proactive Sales and Marketing professional in Singapore to develop product knowledge and drive growth across existing and new customers.

You will manage accounts, prepare quotations, coordinate with engineering and overseas factories, and participate in exhibitions to expand business opportunities. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to travel overseas when required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline with at least 3 years’ Sales/Marketing experience.
• Experience in industrial, maritime, or engineering sectors is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated and customer‑focused with analytical and decision‑making ability.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and exercise good professional judgment.
• Willing to travel overseas as required.
• Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong product knowledge with a proactive understanding of customer and market needs.
• Drive sales growth among existing and prospective customers.
• Demonstrate initiative by actively seeking out business opportunities.
• Exercise good judgment and sensibility in client interactions, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Deliver timely, sensible after-sales support to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and customers.
• Take initiative to participate in exhibitions and industry activities to expand business opportunities.
• Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and presentations with sound commercial judgement.
• Manage customer accounts, including payment follow-up and collections.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and overseas factories to support sales objectives.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
• Perform ad hoc duties as required with professionalism and responsibility.
