Job summary

ST Engineering Aerospace Precision Products Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive business development professional to join the Sales team in Singapore. You will build and sustain relationships with existing and potential customers, and identify opportunities across aerospace investment casting, precision machining and related services.

You will engage customers to understand their needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely quotations and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Materials, Aerospace or related disciplines).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident in initiating conversations with customers.
• Commercially minded, resourceful and curious about customers’ businesses and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in aerospace investment casting, precision machining and related services.
• Proactively engage customers to understand their businesses, products, programmes and requirements.
• Conduct market and customer research to identify potential opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries and orders.
• Monitor forecasts, sales performance and order intake to support business growth.
• Prepare customer presentations and participate in meetings with timely follow-up.
