Job summary

Daikin Holdings Singapore Pte Ltd seeks a Training Specialist to understand business and training needs and deliver aligned trainings across the Asia/Oceania region. You will plan, design, and develop training materials and programs.

You will collaborate with affiliates, other departments, and external vendors, customize materials for partners, and measure learning outcomes through quizzes and surveys while supporting skill development and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in related discipline.
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Technical knowledge/background of HVAC and controls is preferred.
• Learn humbly always and can support the skill development of others.
• Must be able to travel overseas.

Responsibilities

• Understand business and training needs and contribute to the business by facilitating relevant trainings aligned to the management policies of the group and the Asia/ Oceania region.
• Support and develop training program based on needs and requirements
• Plan and design training, and create training materials and documents
• Collaborate with affiliated companies, other departments, and external vendors as needed
• Customize materials to meet the needs of affiliated companies, update and review training materials based on new products and technologies
• Assist in optimising training and enhancing training effectiveness to ensure training achieves defined learning objectives
• Execute training (in-person, online, practical training, etc.).
• Facilitate participant understanding through Q&A sessions.
• Create and confirm participant understanding through quizzes and tests and conduct participant satisfaction surveys through feedback to improve future training.
• Report, communicate, and consult with supervisors in a timely manner.
• Perform other tasks instructed by supervisors.
