Job summary

DAIKIN AIRCONDITIONING (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Engineer to plan, coordinate and manage HVAC projects.

You will liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery, accurate documentation and on-site verification of installations. Responsibilities include preparing engineering drawings, maintaining up-to-date reports, and performing risk assessments to comply with safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
• Experience in project handling, preferably with air-conditioning, chiller or HVAC systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Project planning and preparation.
• Project management in expediting schedule, completion of field paperwork.
• Liasing with vendor/suppliers on technical information and procurement of items required based on project requirements.
• Liaise with internal parties to ensure that all information and requirements are captured at the project initiation stage.
• Liaising with clients on technical verification.
• Attend to customers' feedback and issues.
• Arrangement and coordination for delivery.
• On site installation verification.
• Preparation of engineering drawings and documents.
• Ensure all documentation (e.g. technical reports) are up-to-date and in order.
• Prepare periodic progress report and feedback.
• Perform risk assessment to minimize risk at job site Ensure job are carried out comply with safety guidelines from the authorities
