Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
• Willing to travel 30% across APEC regions.
• Proactive and influential with ability to persuade and drive decisions.
• Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and achieve sales objectives and monthly targets.
• Present and introduce products/services with in-depth product knowledge.
• Coordinate with affiliates to develop new sales and provide technical support.
• Prepare project budgets, quotations, costings, and technical specifications for affiliates.
• Maintain good relationships with existing clients and affiliates.
• Handle inquiries and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Prepare sales orders and delivery orders promptly.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and resolve PO/shipment issues.
• Liaise with affiliates on order status and shipments.
• Handle affiliates' complaints and coordinate resolution.
• Ensure smooth order processing and documentation.
