Job summary

Responsibility includes site verification, technical reviews, risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines. Strong communication and AutoCAD proficiency are preferred for this role in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in project handling, preferably with air-conditioning, chiller or HVAC systems.
• Strong analytical skill.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Project planning and preparation.
• Project management in expediting schedule, completion of field paperwork.
• Liaising with vendor/suppliers on technical information and procurement of items required based on project requirements.
• Liaising with contractors on site installation requirements.
• Liaise with internal parties to ensure that all information and requirements are captured at the project initiation stage.
• Liaising with clients on technical verification.
• Attend to customers' feedback and issues.
• Arrangement and coordination for delivery.
• On site installation verification.
• Preparation of engineering drawings and documents.
• Ensure all documentation (e.g. technical reports) are up-to-date and in order.
• Prepare periodic progress report and feedback.
• Perform risk assessment to minimize risk at job site.
• Ensure job are carried out comply with safety guidelines from the authorities.
