Our client seeks a Human Resources Manager / HR Business Partner to lead HR across multiple regions (Dubai, Philippines, or Singapore) with 8–12+ years of international HR experience. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, compensation, performance, and policy development while driving culture and using AI-based HR tools.

Fluent Mandarin and professional English are required, along with strong stakeholder management and regional labor-law knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; HR, Law, Business Administration, or Psychology preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide senior-level HR management and business partnership across the organization.
• Own end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and orientation across Asia, Europe, and local market.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations in full compliance with labor laws of UAE, Philippines, or Singapore.
• Lead compensation and benefits management; design and implement salary reviews and incentive schemes.
• Develop and drive the performance management cycle with goal setting and evaluations.
• Coach line managers and lead HR projects like organizational change and culture initiatives.
• Design and implement HR policies, processes, and documentation; drive employee relations and engagement.
• Apply AI and digital thinking to build HR digital systems.
