Job summary

Cloudwise is seeking an International HR Business Partner based in Singapore to support overseas teams across Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Hong Kong.

You will lead overseas talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations and cross‑cultural collaboration to build a scalable, compliant overseas organization.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in HRBP or international HR, experience with multinational teams, and fluent English for interviews, communication and policy guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in HR, psychology, CS or related fields.
• 5+ years HR experience, incl. 2+ years in HRBP or international HR roles.
• Experience in multinational or foreign-invested companies; cross-cultural collaboration.
• Able to be based in Singapore; familiar with local labor regulations.
• Fluent English for interviews, emails, and cross-border meetings.

Responsibilities

• Support overseas organization planning across SEA, ME, HK.
• Partner with overseas leaders to define team structures and hiring needs.
• Oversee overseas talent acquisition including screening and offers.
• Support performance management, onboarding, probation, retention and employee relations.
• Localize and implement HR policies per Singapore and regional laws.
