DHL Supply Chain is seeking a senior HR transformation professional to lead Time and Pay process design and compliance on a global scale. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across regions to map, document, and implement end-to-end Time and Payroll processes, with a focus on integrations to external providers and HR systems.

Qualificações

• Good understanding of payroll processes, design and compliance.
• Demonstrated senior stakeholder management.
• Strong Excel skills to support data validation.
• Experience of Time & Pay processes within HR systems, such as Oracle Cloud, Workday, SAP.
• Very good business English.
• Experience in the design and implementation of payroll or time interfaces (not coding).

Responsabilidades

• Provide expertise and analysis on Business Process Optimization issues regarding process design and documentation of the Time and Pay process globally.
• Interpret and test interface design to ensure robust delivery of Time and Payroll data to external vendor systems.
• Responsible for end-to-end processes, collection, assessment, documentation and standardization of existing processes.
• Identify and analyze risks, propose mitigation actions and suggest solutions for resolution of escalations.
• Perform end-to-end standardization of the Work Time and Pay processes in alignment with BPO peer group and assigned stakeholders outside the HR organization.
• Design and incorporate changes to the Work Time and Pay process; communicate changes to affected teams; keep documentation up to date; implement changes in TOM.
