Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an HR and Payroll Process Senior Expert to drive global Time and Pay process design and compliance. You will work with senior stakeholders and IT colleagues to implement processes and integrations with external providers, ensuring continuous improvement and effective change management across regions.

In this role you will optimize end-to-end payroll and time workflows, ensure data integrity, and standardize processes in line with the Target Operating Model, while

Qualifications

• Good understanding of payroll processes, design and compliance.
• Demonstrated Senior Stakeholder Management.
• Strong Excel skills to support data validation.
• Experience with HR systems such as Oracle Cloud, Workday or SAP.
• Very good business English.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR and Payroll process design guidance and documentation.
• Collaborate with global teams to implement Time and Pay processes.
• Ensure integration of payroll data with external provider systems.
• Support change management and process re-engineering initiatives.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to drive process improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for the Target Operating Model changes.
