Job summary

Selby Jennings seeks an experienced HR Technology Transformation Product Manager to lead strategy, development and delivery of digital HR products across a global organisation. The role carries a global mandate with a focus on building technology products from 0 to 1 and transforming traditional HR processes into scalable, technology-driven solutions.

Qualifications

Must have strong technical product management experience in HR tech or enterprise digital product development.
Proven track record launching technology products from 0 to 1 rather than managing existing platforms.
Experience leading initiatives across multiple countries or global functions.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product development from concept to global rollout and continuous improvement.
Define and execute global HR technology product strategies, roadmaps and transformation initiatives.
Translate HR processes into scalable digital products and solutions with secure integrations.
Drive design and implementation of HR platforms, workflow automation and AI-enabled tools.
Partner with engineering, data, cloud and architecture teams to deliver integrated products.
