Job summary

HTX HR is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead HR transformation initiatives across the employee lifecycle, redesign processes, and embed technology to improve the HR experience. You will partner with HR teams to map workflows, identify gaps, and design AI-enabled solutions that enhance decision-making and productivity.

This two-year contract role focuses on delivering practical, scalable HR solutions while ensuring governance and user-centric design across the organisation.

Qualifications

• You have a good understanding of HR operations across the employee lifecycle, with experience in reviewing or improving processes.
• Experience in HR transformation, HRBP, or HR digitalisation would be advantageous.
• You are able to structure problems clearly, identify root causes, and translate them into practical solutions.
• You are familiar with HR systems or digital tools, and are comfortable exploring how AI can be applied in a practical way.
• You communicate clearly and are able to engage stakeholders across HR, technology, and business teams.
• You are comfortable working in ambiguous situations and can move between planning and execution.
• You are user-centric in your approach, with a keen eye for experience design and clarity, ensuring solutions are intuitive and impactful.

Responsibilities

• Lead the redesign of key HR journeys across recruitment, onboarding, internal mobility, confirmation, and offboarding.
• Map current processes to identify breakdowns and redesign them for clarity and efficiency.
• Review existing policies and workflows, reducing unnecessary complexity while ensuring governance.
• Embed AI-enabled tools to support decision-making and reduce manual effort.
• Plan and manage end-to-end project delivery with stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies.
• Lead Change Management and drive adoption through clear communications and training.
