Job summary

BOC Aviation Limited is seeking a Manager, Human Resources (HR Transformation) on a 1-year contract to lead strategic HR transformation initiatives, including the implementation of a new HRMS, payroll transformation, and benefits-related projects.

This hands-on transformation role covers the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, from vendor evaluation and functional design through user acceptance testing, implementation planning, go-live readiness and post-implementation stabilisation.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of HR experience.
• Hands-on HRMS implementation experience.
• Experience collaborating with HR, IT, vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of HR transformation initiatives, including HRMS replacement and payroll projects.
• Evaluate vendor solutions against HR and payroll requirements and advise on selections.
• Partner with HR, IT and vendors to translate requirements into configurations and processes.
• Develop UAT strategy, scenarios and scripts; coordinate testing activities; track defects; and ensure timely resolution.
• Define payroll controls, data migration validation, and post-implementation validation.
• Drive change management and go-live readiness with user guides and training.
• Lead governance, documentation and audit readiness throughout the transformation.
