Job summary

Safeguard Global is seeking an HR Services Manager in Singapore to deliver high-quality HR business partnering support to a diverse client portfolio. You will manage onboarding through offboarding and ensure compliant, end-to-end HR service delivery.

The role requires deep knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and the ability to lead complex HR initiatives in a fast-paced, global environment. Strong communication and proactive, consultative client engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of proven experience in HR management or HR business partnering, preferably international.
• Strong working knowledge of local and international labour laws and HR compliance.
• Experience with global HRIS platforms and HR tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR point of contact for workers and client stakeholders across the full employee lifecycle.
• Provide day-to-day HR and benefits guidance, including compliance with local labour laws.
• Advise on performance management, promotions, and career development with a consultative approach.
• Collaborate with payroll, legal, and immigration partners to ensure accurate processes.
