Our client, a leading offshore marine services provider headquartered in Singapore, is seeking an experienced HR leader to align people strategy with business growth across Singapore and overseas affiliates. The role covers recruitment, office administration, compliance, employee relations and cross-border HR coordination to support operations in multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field required.
• Full spectrum of HR experience including recruitment, payroll, compliance and employee relations.
• Experience working across time zones and multi-cultural teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy and governance across Singapore HQ and overseas affiliates.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning.
• Coordinate cross-border payroll, benefits and compliance with local laws.
• Maintain HR policies, handbooks and audit-ready records.
• Manage employee relations, grievances and performance development.
• Oversee office administration for the Singapore office and subsidiaries.
