Job summary

Safeguard Global is seeking an HR Services Manager to deliver high-quality, legally compliant HR partnering support for a diverse portfolio of global clients. You will manage the full employee lifecycle and coordinate across HR functions while mitigating risk through proactive advisory and governance.

The role requires strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and the ability to lead complex HR initiatives in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• 5–6+ years of proven HR management or HR business partnering experience.
• Strong knowledge of local and international labor laws and compliance.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and HR tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for GEO workers and client representatives.
• Provide legally compliant HR support across the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, relations, offboarding).
• Advise clients on performance management, promotions and compensation benchmarking.
• Coordinate contract documentation, renewals and key dates.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, GDPR and internal controls.
• Collaborate with Payroll/Benefits providers to ensure accurate compensation delivery.
• Generate monthly HR reports and support client due diligence and audits.
