Job summary

MXHL PTE. LTD. invites an HR Executive to oversee day-to-day HR operations in our Singapore-based delivery and logistics business. You will be the first contact for hiring, payroll inputs, leave, benefits and workplace matters, while supporting management with recruitment, onboarding, compliance and scalable people processes.

This hands-on generalist role offers broad exposure across the employee lifecycle and close collaboration with warehouse, fleet and office teams as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in an HR generalist or HR executive role.
• Working knowledge of Singapore employment regulations: Employment Act, CPF, MOM.
• Experience handling payroll inputs and employee records.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong written and spoken English; Mandarin or Malay are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and onboarding for warehouse, driver, operations and office roles.
• Coordinate hiring processes with department heads, including assessments and interviews for executive-level roles.
• Run onboarding for new hires: contracts, documentation, induction, equipment and system access, probation checks.
• Handle work pass applications and renewals (EP, S Pass, Work Permit) and keep records current.
• Prepare monthly payroll inputs and ensure timely salary payments with finance.
• Administer CPF contributions and related statutory submissions.
• Maintain HR records and PDPA compliance.
• Ensure HR practices comply with Employment Act and MOM requirements and audits.
• Support workplace safety and health efforts and incident follow-ups.
• Plan staff engagement activities and recognition programmes for shift-based teams.
• Run exit processes including resignations, handovers and final pay calculations.
• Coordinate training and identify government grants like SkillsFuture.
• Produce HR reports on headcount, attrition, attendance and overtime.
