Haier Singapore Investment Holding Pte. Ltd. is seeking a senior HR data specialist to build an overseas metrics library from scratch, unifying definitions and standards across regions.

You will plan, design, and implement the metrics framework while coordinating with HR module owners and business stakeholders. The role focuses on data governance, quality controls, and creating dashboards for headcount, turnover, recruitment, and labor costs, driving data-driven decision making across the HR

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR data analysis, People Analytics, or HRIS analysis.
• From-scratch experience building an HR metrics system from 0 to 1 and able to describe methodology and outcomes.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English with ability to present analyses in both languages.

Responsibilities

• Build and iterate a comprehensive overseas HR data metrics system covering recruitment, compensation, performance, training, employee relations, labor costs, and organizational effectiveness.
• Establish a unified HR Data Dictionary and KPI framework for cross-regional consistency; oversee data governance and data quality controls.
• Design and develop HR data dashboards for headcount, turnover, recruitment efficiency, labor costs, and productivity; produce regular analysis reports.
